Return Policy
Customer products can only be returned if there is a problem. To return you can mail the issue with the photo of the product. If your request is approved, you must return the products in their original packaging and unused. You will need to pay for delivery. The company has the right to refuse any return request.
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions
- The product is damaged due to excessive usage.
- The item was returned without packaging including pricing tags, labels, original packaging, and so on.
- Defective products that the seller/manufacturer provides no warranty on.
- Product is utilized or altered
- If an order is not returned within five business days of its delivery.
- Free product provided by the brand.
Cancellation
If you no longer want to accept the shipment, please email us to cancel the order. Orders cancellation can only be accepted after the order has not left our facilities. Once the order is dispatched, the customer can’t revoke it. The orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of payment. Owing to unexpected conditions, your order is subject to cancellation at any moment. The consumer can contact us via mobile number or email address during the checkout process for security purposes. The Indian Spirit retains the right to cancel any orders for cancellation.
Refunds
In the event of a cancellation or refund, we will contact you to notify you of the refund. We will inform you whether your refund is accepted or refused. If your request is accepted, a refund will be issued, and a credit will be sent to your credit card or original form of payment within a certain period.
How will I get refunded for the canceled orders and how long will this process take?
Refunds are submitted within 24-48 business hours of receiving a legitimate request for cancellation that will trigger the refund transfer to the source’s credit card. For transfers performed by credit cards or banks, refunds are processed to the same bank account from which the payments were made within 24-48 business hours. It can take up to 5 business days to represent, but it varies depending on your bank’s process.
What if I used discount vouchers during the time of payment and I have to cancel my order?
Discounts cannot be used again on the same transaction, except though you cancel the order. The consumer cannot reuse the procurement of discount coupons. If you have redeemed the discount coupon for an order, the same reward automatically will be added to your account in the event of order cancellation.
