Shipping Policy
When making an order, the customer is responsible for providing the right shipping address. Shubh Swasti Ventures LLP is not liable for (partial) order failure if the shipping goes wrong due to a customer’s error. If we need extra information because the customer has not provided full information to send the shipment, we will contact the customer, which will cause the shipment to be postponed.
Shubh Swasti Ventures LLP will attempt to send the order to the shipping address on the estimated delivery time. If there is a delivery delay, the customer will be contacted as soon as possible after the order is set.
If a customer gets a defective or unfinished product, They can contact our customer care team right away. This can be achieved by sending an email to info@theindianspirit.com.
Our delivery partners will begin an inspection process if the order is lost during transport or if the customer reports not to have obtained the order (even if this appears from the tracking information). Shubh Swasti Ventures LLP will provide an alternative for the customer as soon as possible to maintain smooth customer service.
Delivery Timeframe:
Products and goods ordered through our online platform will be processed and dispatched within a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 15 days from the date of order. This timeframe includes order processing, packing, and shipping.

If a package has not been shipped to the customer’s delivery address within 14 days of the shipping date, They must contact us by email within 14 days of the shipping date (i.e. no later than 28 days after the date of dispatch).
If the customer is not present at the time of receiving the product. The order will be returned, and a second attempt will be initiated.
